SAD Leaders Lodge Complaint Against SHO for Defaming Sukhbir Badal and Harsimrat Badal

Ludhiana,27 February Channel88News (Buero):- The Shiromani Akali Dal Delegation met Deputy Commissioner of Police and submitted complaint against Sho of Punjab police posted in Ferozepur district for defaming Shiromani Akali dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal and harsimrat kaur badal. The SAd leaders demanded case against SHO under Information and technology Act and other offences.

The Shiromani Akali Dal delegation comprised of Legal wing president Parupkar Singh Ghuman, Former Minister Hira Singh Gabria, Ranjit Singh Dhillon, Jagbir Singh Sokhi, Youth Akali Dal President Gurdeep Singh Gosha and others.

Parupkar Singh Ghuman said that SHO Jagtar Sandhu posted at Ghal kalan of ferozepur has sent edited and objectionable videos of Sukhbir Singh Badal and Harsimrat kaur Badal in various Whatsapp groups and defamed them. The SHO has misused the IT Act with conspiracy. They have lodged formal complaint and demanded case against SHO.

Youth Akali Dal District President Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that earlier also a person has defamed SAD president through social media and when legal wing of Akali Dal initiated legal action the person has aplogised. Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that the party will not tolerate any defamation on social media and fight legal battle.
