CORONA VIRUS-International Women’s Day Functions cancelled।

Ludhiana, March 6, Channel88 News (Buero) – Under the steps are being taken to prevent the spread of Corona Virus in the state, The International Women’s Day events which were to be organized on March 7 and March 8 have been cancelled until further orders.

Giving this information, Additional Deputy Commissioner (D) Mrs Amrit Singh said that the district administration was to organize a function at the local Guru Nanak Stadium on March 7, in which a large number of women were to participate. Similarly, a district-level function was to be organized by the Department of Water Supply and Sanitation for Women at local Punjab Agricultural University on March 8. In which a large number of women were to participate.

She said that following the directions of the Punjab Government, these events are currently cancelled till further orders
