Gurdeep gosha & Bittu Gumber Distribute Petrol, Diesel for free in Protest against high taxes on fuel prices

Ludhiana, July 9, Channel88 News (Bureau):- Protesting against high taxes on petrol and diesel in Punjab, the Youth Akali Dal district President Gurdeep Singh Gosha and social activist Bittu Gumber distributed petrol and diesel for free outside Petrol Pump on railway station road. They distributed 513 liter petrol and diesel to three wheeler drivers and to others to show their protest against Punjab Government for imposing high taxes n petrol and diesel.

Youth Akali Dal district president Gurdeep Singh Gosha Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that petrol and diesel prices in Punjab are high among all states. The Punjab government has imposed high taxes on petrol and diesel.
Gurdeep SIngh Gosha said that as the petrol and diesel prices were out of reach of Public the people are unable to move on vehicles. So they have distributed 513 liter petrol and diesel to people for free.
Bittu Gumber said that they are doing sewa of langar, ration from last four months and today they have distributed petrol and diesel for free to mark their protest. They demanded the center and Punjab government should provide relief to people by reducing taxes on petrol and diesel.
During the protest, Gagandeep Singh Giaspura, Lovely, Sarabhjit Singh khalsa, Tarandeep Singh, Gagandeep Singh vinkal , Amritpal Singh Rajan,Gurmukh singh, Prabhjit Singh, Satinder Singh, Navdeep Singh, Harpreet Singh, Harwinder Singh, Varinder Singh, Hardev Singh were present.
