LUDHIANA MP APPRECIATES HEALTHCARE SERVICES RENDERED BY CMCH DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC

• SAYS NO PERSON SHOULD SPREAD ANY RUMOUR ABOUT THE SPIRIT OF HOSPITAL

Ludhiana, April 22,Channel88News (Buero):- Ludhiana MP Ravneet Singh Bittu have stated that 72-year-old woman named Swaran Kanta, who basically hailed from district Jalandhar, was found positive for Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19) and was admitted to Christian Medical College & Hospital (CMCH) for treatment around four weeks back. He said that it is a matter of great pride that Swaran Kanta was discharged from CMCH after getting fully cured.

Bittu thanked the entire team of doctors and staff from CMCH, who took really good care of Swaran Kanta and that is why, she is fully cured now. He specially thanked CMCH Director Mr William Bhatti, who put duty before profits and focussed entirely on the treatment of the woman, due to which Swaran Kanta is now living happily with her family. He informed that CMCH provided “Non Invasive Ventilation” facility for her treatment.

The Ludhiana MP said that it has come to his notice that she was brought to CMCH from Jalandhar when she was denied COVID 19 treatment elsewhere. He said that CMCH has always supported during all kinds of emergencies in the district, even when the fire tragedy took place near Sufian Chowk, the authorities focussed on treatment than thinking about monetary aspects.

He said that he prays that no person gets affected with COVID 19 in future, but if any such case is reported, the CMCH authorities have assured him that they would leave no stone unturned for the treatment. He urged the citizens not to spread any rumours about the spirit of CMCH.
