Shiromani Akali Dal gives 15 days ultimatum for alloting vending zones, cancel FIR on street vendors

If demands not fulfilled, SAD will launch agitation- Dhillon, Gosha

Ludhiana,26 February Channel88News (Buero):- The Shiromani Akali Dal district president Ranjit SIngh Dhillon and Youth Akali Dal Gurdeep Singh Gosha has given 15 days ultimatum to Municipal Corporation and Police alloting vending zones and cancel FIR’s on street vendors. Ranjit Singh Dhillon and Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that if Police and MC will not accept their demands then Shiromani Akali Dal will start agitation against the Government.

Ranjit Singh Dhillon and Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that the Police has started anti encroachment drive and registered cases against street vendors. The street vendors were made unemployed and Police cases were also registered against them. The Government should allot vendors zones and then start anti encroachment drive.

Ranjit Singh Dhillon and Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that the congress government have no time to form policy for the street vendors and the officials were taking action without any planning. If the vendors zone will not be alloted and police will not cancel FIr’s then Shiromani Akali Dal will start agitation.

The Congress Government has failed to fulfil any promises and now taking making employed persons unemployed.
